Ankylosaurus is a herbivore.  It ate only plants and leaves from palm trees and weeds off the ground.

Ankylosaurus lived in North America.  It lived in Montana, Wyoming and in Alberta, Kansas.

Ankylosaurus lived in the late Cretaceous Period.  That was 97.5 million - 66.4 million years ago.

Ankylosaurus proteced itself with spikes, bony plates of armor, and a long clublike tail.  He used his tail as a club to swing at predators to scare them off.

The thing I liked most about this dinosaur is that it protected itself with a bony clublike tail.  I'm glad I learned about this dinosaur. It was really interesting!
