Principal Openings

Applicants for principal must be practicing Catholics, understand and embrace the mission of Catholic education and have or be eligible for Kansas licensure as a building administrator.

EMPLOYMENT – SUBSTITUTE TEACHING

Required items:
bullet Current licensure (either teacher licensure or substitute licensure – forms available at www.ksde.org)
bulletVirtus training (see www.archkck.org for training dates)

If you have interest in substituting in many of our 47 schools, it would be of value to you to complete the application packet from our Archdiocesan Education Office.  Call Amy Herbert, 913-647-0355, for a packet to be mailed to you.  Included in the packet will be the application for our 47 schools as well as directions for obtaining a substitute license if you need one.  If you have a current teaching license, you need only send a copy of your current license with the application form.

If you have interest in substituting only in schools near your residence, you may contact school principals directly.  They will ask for a copy of your license and Virtus training documentation.
